To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Unity Clock Master provides time tracking, payroll processing, and workforce management tools for small businesses. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described in our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your employee records, time entries, payroll data, or other content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to:
While the Service provides payroll calculation and check generation tools, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of payroll, tax withholdings, and compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Unity Clock Master is not a certified payroll provider and does not file taxes on your behalf. We recommend consulting a qualified accountant or payroll specialist for compliance matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unity Clock Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unity Clock Master from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
